Vintage Trifari Rhinestone Pin

A vintage Trifari rhinestone pin.  This vintage silver-tone metal pin by Trifari consists of two rows of blue multi-faceted rhinestone navettes.  Two arching drippy layers of rhinestones surround a modern looking heart shape which is tied at the top with clear bezel set multi-faceted baguette rhinestones and accented with one clear multi-faceted round rhinestone. This pin has a condition issue with two of the blue rhinestones appearing to be a slightly different shade.  The design of this pin is very similar to a patent by Alfred Phillipe #166,626 which dates this piece no earlier than 1952.  The pin measures approx. 2" x 2-1/4" and is marked Trifari on the back.
