Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lady Slippers.  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We ship all our items insured within the Continental USA.  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send us a photograph so that we may file an insurance claim on your behalf.  Please save all packing material and the damaged goods in case it requires an inspection by the shipping company.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.
