Vintage Rhinestone Tiara Pin.  Beautiful round multi faceted clear rhinestones in varying sizes and three rows form the arching design of a tiara with a central clear multi faceted rhinestone navette.  This silver tone metal pin measures 2" wide x 2-1/2" high.  This pin has a condition issue with the pin back a possible newer replacement.
