Vintage French Black Bead Rosary

This Vintage French black bead rosary features elongated black beads wired together, as well as round carved black wood rosette beads for the pater beads. The unique heart-shaped silver tone metal connector depicts the holy spirit flying overhead with rays of light emanating above the cross set below, while both sides of the connector have folded edges. The rosary is completed with a two-part silver tone metal crucifix inlaid with black wood, featuring the words INRI above the body of Jesus and his halo above him. The back of the crucifix is marked France, with a silver tone metal rosette set in the center. Measuring approximately 26-1/2 inches in length, this rosary has a center connector that measures approximately 5/8 inches in diameter, and a crucifix that measures approximately 7/8 inches by 1-3/4 inches.
