Original Alan & Rosemary Bennett Octopus Wall Sculpture

An original Alan & Rosemary Bennett octopus wall sculpture. 

This intelligent octopus in hues of soft yellow, soft pink, soft purple, and blue was hand carved from clay by the artist Alan & Rosemary Bennett then hollowed out and it's porcelain eyes were added and then fired to create these beautiful pastel shades.

The creative and adaptive octopus does not have a spine and it can get itself out of some very tight spots, all while living in the bottom of the sea. The octopus moves in such a fluid manner that it looks like it is part of the ocean. This animal can teach us to move away from difficult situations, seamlessly. 

This octopus by the artist Alan & Rosemary Bennett is signed Bennett on the back, measures approx. 9-1/2" wide x 8-1/2" high x 3" deep with 1 hole at the top for hanging.
