A fabulous vintage signed Creed Sterling Silver with a Gold Overlay floral basket pin. Each flower is set with a faux pearl and it is just a wonderful feminine dimensional piece.
Creed is know for their well made religious metals and sterling crucifixes but not many people know they once made jewelry. This is one of their earlier jewelry items and it has a fabulous finish of sterling silver with a layer of gold over it. The process is know as vermeil or gold overlay. We loved the dimensional look of the basket with the flowers above each set with faux pearls. Just a work of art. This pin measures approx. 1-3/4" x 1-1/4".
