Beautifully encrusted with clear multi-faceted rhinestones this happy silver tone metal French poodle pin is signed Pell.  This perfectly coiffed dog has a red round multi-faceted rhinestone for her eye.

 This pin measures approx. 1-1/4" wide x  2" high and it has a condition issue with the setting back slightly discolored.
