Two Jackson Custom China Tara Gilt, Black & White Plates

Two hefty commemorative plates by Jackson China depict a castle in the center with the word Tara in the center of a heraldic ribbon on a white background.  Highly detailed acanthus swirls form the outer border of these hefty plates.

The back of the plates is both marked Jackson Custom China, Falls Order, PA,  and made  in the USA. 

These plates each measure 10-3/8" wide x 1-1/4" high. 

The plates have a condition issue with some slight scratches to the gilt along the outer border and some manufacturing glazing defects on the back..
