Art Deco French Black Wood Bead Rosary

An Art Deco French black wood bead rosary.  This vintage rosary consists of carved black rice-shaped wooden beads with a special carved black wooden bead for the Pater beads.  The beads are all strung on wire which is why this rosary has lasted much longer than one strung on a string.  An aluminum unique shaped center connector depicts Mary praying on one side and Jesus with his halo on the other side.  The two-part black wood and silver-tone metal crucifix is held in place with a sculptured wire wrapped hanger at the top.  This crucifix has a condition issue as it is missing the INRI letters above Jesus on the crucifix and some rust on some of the metal wires.  The silver-tone metal corpus of Jesus is set on top of the black wood with a cut out of the cross on the aluminum metal on the back and is marked France. this rosary measures approx. 18" long.  The center connector measures approx. 1/2" and the crucifix measures approx. 1-1/2" long.
