Vintage Menagerie Works Cast Bronze Heron Door Knocker

In the style of the Arts & Crafts movement this vintage sand cast artisan made Bronze heron door knocker by Menagerie Works was first created by an artist from wax.  It was then cast in sand and the metal poured in place to create this gorgeous heron.

Each of the pieces that were made by Menagerie Works were produced with great skill and care by Pacific Northwest artisans. 

This cast bronze heron door knocker measures 3-1/2" x 4-7/8". This door knocker is stamped on the back Menagerie Works, Portland and 1997. This piece has two holes at the top and bottom for installation.
